We pride ourselves on having a good working relationship with all our clients, and every effort is made to make all parties happy. We hope our clients and customers are very satisfied with commissions made and the service given.

Here are a few tips if you wish to sell any items:

All items brought into BROOKS Dress Agency MUST be in good condition and freshly laundered.

The client will receive 40% of the final selling price which is detailed on the customer’s list. Prices do occasionally change, as with nearly new clothing customers do tend to barter and this is at the discretion of the shop owner. The item will be kept in for 4 weeks, after which the client is expected to come and collect their unsold items. If items are not collected, or indeed if you do not want the items back, we will give them to Cancer Research on your behalf. Items are left at the owner’s risk. We cannot be liable for any item damaged or stolen.

 


BROOKS accepts items for re-sale Tuesday to Saturday 9.30am – 5pm. It is best to make an appointment first as in some cases it may not be possible to look at your items straight away, particularly if we are busy.
